Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Hoonas. Here's how we ship your order and what it costs.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Rates and delivery times

• Standard: $8.00, 3–7 business days after shipping
• Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
• Express: $15.00, 1–3 business days after shipping

The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are carrier estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays or other events outside our control.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, where applicable.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it until the order ships.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
